Senior Superlatives Shine

O ne of the greatest honors one can
receive is recognition by one's
peers for an outstanding char­
acteristic of his or her personality. If this
is the case, twenty-two members of the
Class of 1985 were certainly blessed with
the great honors of titles such as "Most
Athletic," "Best Scholars,” and "Biggest
Flirts."
These prestigious "Senior Superla­
BEST LOOKING tive” awards were voted upon by
Lee Banks write-in votes of the entire senior class.

The results were tallied by a select force
of the Crestian staff and the winners
notified soon after.
To preserve a record of the winners
for posterity, yearbook photos of the
recipients were taken in locations related
to the award. For instance, the "Most
School Spirit" picture was to be taken
with Stephanie Rogers and Greg Beesch
perched atop the football goalpost, but,
as a passing maintenance man pointed
out, "It’s not meant to support people."
Perhaps his words can be taken with a
BEST SCHOLARS deeper meaning — that winners of
Stephanie Holman Senior Superlatives do not need external
Steven Moo-Young
support.
