Pride of '89

T he closing time of high school years is the time we say good­
bye to all those who have touched us during our years at
South. The friends, counselors and teachers that made it
all possible are those who send us out of South and into the future.
This is the time to realize all the knowledge and experience we've
gained and apply it to our future dreams.
Our senior year is an exciting time, filled with choices and mom­
ents of emotion, but we realize in living it, that many of our experi­
ences will be the last ones for our high school years. Some sad mom­
ents will be the last time we have a "hom eroom ," the last perform­
ance as an athlete, and the last time we hear the bell ring through
the halls. All these memories of South will be a part of us and we
move on to be adults.
Now it's time to say good-bye. Thank you South for making us
a part of the pride of '89.
