Congratulations to the men and women of the Class of
'89. Thank you for entrusting your college education to
us, and thank you for sharing four years of your lives with
            us.
Those four years have witnessed a great deal of growth
for our College. We had 1,300 students when you came
here. Today we have 1,850. All our programs were at the
undergraduate level in 1985. Today we have graduate
programs in Nursing, Business, and Management
Information Systems, with another one in Education to be
introduced soon. College Heights II and our magnificent
new Trexler Library have been constructed in the past
four years. Frankie D’s has opened. And we’ve even
added a parking lot. Lots of growth. Lots of change. You
have been part of it, and you have contributed to it. We
are grateful to you, and we will miss you.
Allentown College will continue to grow. We will
continue to work hard to make you increasingly proud of
            your alma  mater. And we  hope you will  continue to grow;
that you will continue to work hard to make your alma
             mater increasingly proud of you.
We believe you are ready. Ready to get that first job
and to think your way through any job. Ready for your
careers as lifelong learners. Ready, most importantly, to
be “the salt of the earth and the light of the world" — to
witness God’s love to all men and women.
We wish you every success, a life filled with happiness,
and — above all — abundant peace.
                                                          Sincerely,
                                            Daniel G. Gambet, OSFS
                                                           President
