Faculty members attempt to instruct the students of
Allentown College about many different subjects in a way
that encourages students to think for themselves.
A faculty member’s job is not only to teach factual
information, but to improve the students’ attitude toward
what they learn. Professors use their personalities,
whether they he humorous, persuasive, friendly, or
aggressive, to stimulate students’ interest in the subject
           matter.
The dozens of facultg members at Allentown College
have enabled thousands of students to obtain a liberal
arts education. Because they were once students
themselves, they know the future steps that each student
          must take to succeed.
U/hile the faculty members are teaching in the
classroom, other people, known as administrators, are
working at their desks, attending meetings, or making
plans for the college with co-workers.
Each administrator plays an important role in one of
the many offices needed to run the many other aspects of
Allentown College. U/ith coffee in their hands, and
secretaries at their side, they continue the work that n
          keeps school operations under control.
Whether they have heen here for one or twenty years,
administrators need a good supply of energy and
optimism to allow them to continue their productive
work. If the need for advice or information arises, an Helen Danko and Jean Maurer's smiling faces help brighten a student’s day when feeling a
