The box in the foreground of the picture above is
marked "Fragile". While it is coincidental that the
carton is there, the word "Fragile" nevertheless tells
a story: Dambach Hall was not yet ready for occupa
tion.
On the left the structure is nearer its completion.
Landscaping was still a matter of future concern.
Pictured below is the completed Dambach Hall,
named after Mr. William L. Dambach, to whom our
first Causeway was dedicated.
