O Captain, Our Captain:
From early on in your life, your love of sports has shone through, and in a very special way, sports
has brought out in your the wonderful qualities that make you who you are today. You are a person who
understands what it means to be a dedicated team player, an energetic leader, and passionately committed
to goals.
When you were younger, you were a reluctant competitor, but you have grown into a fierce one.
Being captain of three sports is no small feat. You have been recognized by your peers and coaches as a
leader and a winner and for that we are extremely proud.
Going to college will leave a tremendous void in our lives, but wherever you go next year, they will
be getting an extraordinary young man of intelligence, integrity, humor, and athleticism. How lucky for
them.
We wish you and all of your friends the best of luck in the future. We will miss you more than life
itself, but we are confident that you will be a success in whatever endeavor you choose. We will always
stand proudly behind you.
