Intelligence, experience, and strength are of
equal importance in order to be successful
in wrestling. Contestants in this active sport
are placed in one of eleven weight divisions,
ranging from 95-180 lbs. Individual and
team winners are determined by use of a
point system. Mastering new holds, main
taining weight, and increasing strength are
continually being sought by team members
from mid-winter till spring. Looking into
the future, we see much success for Delhaas
Junior Varsity and Varsity players in the
Lower Buck County Wrestling League.
