The week of September 26 was the RHS Homecoming Spirit Week. Many
students showed their school spirit by participating in the dress up days

The activities started on Monday with Army/Jungle Day, where

many students were found in camouflage in the hallways. Tuesday was
Disney Day followed that night with Mr. RHS. The winner was Jason
Paczkowski. Wednesday was Nerd/Future Day, and Junior Tom Headley
really shows how to put in the effort. There were many other events that
night, including the Car Parade. It started from the Ralston Middle School
and ended up at the high school stadium with a Pep Rally, where the
Homecoming Court was announced, and the Powderpuff Football game
took place. The game, sponsored by Student Council, allowed the girls to
play football, while the guys dressed up in cheerleading outfits and cheered.
The Senior/Freshman team was victorious against the Sophomore/Junior
team. Thursday was Red Carpet Day, and many students dressed like
the stars. Finally came Friday, Spirit Day & Game Day. Many students
showed up to the game to support the team as they won the Homecoming
game against Platteview, 28-21. Next to come was the Totally Chaotic
Dance on Saturday night.
