Decorating the unit was one

way that made freshmen feel

more at home.

Leaving home to embark on the college adventure

can present many fears to incoming freshmen. For most,

this was the first time being away from home for an ex­

tended period of time. As with any major change in life,

there were some obstacles to overcome.

For some, the greatest fears involved the rooming situ­

ation or the academics. Cameron McDonald said, "About

my classes, I am afraid of failure."
