VARSITY BASKETBALL

The 1974-75 Cagers under the leadership of Coach Larry
Pedicord, once again established themselves as the team to
beat in Broward County AA Schools. As the team raced to
a top-ten state ranking, they compiled an 18-7 regular sea­
son record. Led by senior playmakers Chip Coward and
Jonas Nordal, the Panthers proved hard to stop and won
the Pine Crest Invitational Tournament for the second
consecutive year, and crushed St. Andrew’s four times.
