                                to  "R  World11

            By Amy  Krobot                       brilliant  sparks  of  Crimson

           On the outside, "R World"  and Columbia Blue. Through
       bears a strong resemblance to  thick  and  thin,  the  winning
       other  high  schools  with  its  spirit  remains  in  the  fire  or
       sturdy brick walls interrupted  "R  World,"  with  its  flames
       every so often by slabs of glass  reaching  out,  not  to  burn,

       and  steel  doors.  But  don't  be  but  rather  to  embrace  the
       deceived by the commonplace  people  of "R  World" with  a
       exterior, for inside, "R World"  sense of pride that cannot be
        is  like no other.                       extinguished.

            Upon  entering "R World,"
        one can sense the pride in the
        air.  A special  camaraderie ex­
        ists  between  the  students  and
        the staff that is the foundation
        of  everything  that  has  been

        done  and  everything that  has
        yet  to  be  accomplished.  The
        burning desire of the 1,040 in­
        habitants of "R  World," to do
        their  best  and       be  the  best,

        fuels an eternal flame that emits
