                                                                                  additional  mine  life  east  of  the  Klondyke
                                                                                  open pit was under way last month. Results
                                                                                  from RC drilling to upgrade the planned
                                                                                  Klondyke open pit resource to measured
                                                                                  status  intersected  significant  widths  of
                                                                                  outcropping gold mineralisation, including;
                                                                                  14m @ 3.8 g/t gold from 1m, 23m @ 2.3
                                                                                  g/t from 37m, 26m @ 2 g/t from 1m, 14m
                                                                                  @ 3.51 g/t from 2m, 16m @ 2.47 g/t from
                                                                                  4m, 16m @ 2.11 g/t from 6m, 12m @ 2.68
                                                                                  g/t from 17m, 24m @ 1.31 g/t from 2m,
                                                                                  19m @ 1.65 g/t from 21m, 26m @ 1.07 g/t
                                                                                  from 39m, 26m @ 1.07 g/t from 6m, 9m
                                                                                  @ 2.95 g/t from 21m, 24m @ 1.03 g/t from
                                                                                  14m, 11m @ 1.96 g/t from 0m, 17m @ 1.26

                                                                                  Lining up at Flemington
                                                                                    Australian Mines Ltd started the largest re-
                                                                                  source extensional drilling programme ever
                                                                                  at its Flemington scandium-cobalt-nickel
                                                                                  project, New South Wales, last month.
                                                                                    Up to 10,000m of drilling is planned tar-
                                                                                  geting the additional west and south-west
                                                                                  extensions of the previously identified min-
                                                                                  eralisation within Australian Mines’ tenement
                                                                                  boundaries.
                                                                                    Results from this programme are ex-
                                                                                  pected in early 2020, with current drilling
                                                                                  following the successful resource expansion
                                                                                  at Flemington, which resulted in a tripling of
                                                                                  the cobalt mineralisation footprint and con-
                                                                                  firmed  that  the  project’s  high-grade  cobalt
                                                                                  zone continues to remain open along strike.
                                                                                    Australian Mines managing director Ben-
                                                                                  jamin Bell said: “This latest phase of exten-
                                                                                  sional drilling at Flemington represents the
                                                                                  largest programme ever completed over
                                                                                  the project area and is a clear indication of
                                                                                  Australian Mines’ confidence in the project’s
                                                                                  ability to represent a future potential second
                                                                                  production source of nickel and cobalt sul-
                                                                                  phate for the company.”
