          MACMAHON CONFIRMED FOR KING
          OF THE HILLS

          Red 5 Ltd has awarded a mining services contract for its King
          of the Hills (KOTH) gold project to a subsidiary of Macmahon
          Holdings Ltd.
          Following on from a letter of intent signed in March this year,
          Macmahon  Contactors  Pty  Ltd  will  officially  carry  out  work
          across both the open pit and underground mining operations.
          KOTH is slated to operate the open pit for 16 years and
          underground for five years. The first gold pour was schedule

          The  initial  contract  is  for  five  years,  with  industry-standard
