partnership over a new, state-of the art
battery graphite manufacturing facility in
Kwinana, Western Australia.

letter of intent for an EPC contract for
development of a 20,000 tpa facility,
pledging to work together to complete
pre-development activities.
The proposed development has a pre-
tax NPV of $US141 million, IRR of 36.6%
and annual EBITDA of $US35 million,
based on an upfront capex of $US22.8
million for an initial 5,000 tpa, followed
by a further $US49.2 million to expand
production to 20,000 tpa.
