                                                                                  The grant was provided by Inter-
                                                                              Modal Holding LLC of Steubenville,
                                                                              Ohio, a transportation, technology and
                                                                              infrastructure holding company; the
                                                                              university’s research project will focus
                                                                              on the Upper Ohio River Valley’s trans-
                                                                              portation network.
