OFFICIANTS AND
COORDINATORS

If you add a reception to your ceremony,
additional Wedding Coordinator services are
required. If you have more than 25 guests, an
additional Wedding Coordinator is required.
For every additional 25 guests, please add an
additional coordinator.

Please note that Norwegian Cruise
Line Service Standard is as follows;
• One Waiter per Twenty-Five Guests and One

Bartender per 75 Guests. The charge per
sta member is $10.00 Per hour Per Sta
Member. All receptions onboard require
wait/bar sta , if you book a reception these
charges will be added to your invoice.
• Please note that Royal Ocean Events Inc.
Service Standard is One Coordinator per 25
guests. The charge for additional coordinators
is $175.00 per wedding coordinator.
• 1 to 25 Guests = One Coordinator
• 26-50 Guests = Two Coordinators
• 51-75 Guests = Three Coordinators
• 76-100 Guests = Four Coordinators
