Congratulations
Former Lambda Omega Basileus Donna Phelps-Thomas was featured in the Daily Press as NNPS was
recognizing the 2021-2022 Teachers of the Year and Exemplary Support Staff of the Year with two full-page
ads. Soror Donna is the Denbigh High School's 2021- 2022 Teacher of the Year.
Soror Joanna Sydnor and her husband Calvin Sydnor on their Ordinations as Ministers of the Word and
Sacrament. They will be first African Americans, first female, and first clergy couple Co-Pastors at the historic
Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church (USA), 1627 Monument Ave. Richmond, VA.
Soror Angela Spranger. She will be moving to Minneapolis to transition into role of the inaugural Chief
Diversity Officer and founding Director of the Center for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Business at the
Carlson School of Management, effective April 1.
