Lighting Control & Modular Wiring Systems

Lighting Controls designs and supplies complete lighting control
solutions including lighting control systems, modular wiring products and
custom panels. We invest heavily in R&D enabling and offer a complete
solution to lighting design, custom or off-the-shelf control packages and
modular wiring.

Our new PC-based head-end controller monitors lighting control systems
via a network and enables real time changes to be made. The system is
designed to easily effect temporary (or permanent) changes to lighting
or other devices connected to the network via any PC, tablet or smart
phone, even from within the area being changed.

The latest range of lighting control products features Bluetooth
commissioning capability, enabling easy and flexible configuring of
lighting and other devices on the network without the potential hazard of
cables hanging from the ceiling. In addition, all products are fully DALI
compliant and we offer both CAN and DALI controlled PIRs, switching
relays and scene set control plates which work with the full range of LCM
and Sub Address DALI modules.

Our new remote controls enable custom or off-the-shelf control of lights
and other devices within a zone remotely. The remote controls the zone
via a PIR and does not influence other devices in adjacent zones.

All our lighting control modules, both modular and hardwired, come with
Memory Chip technology whereby all system parameters and program
information is stored on a removable memory chip within each Lighting
Control Module. This chip can be reinstalled into another LCM should a
device need to be changed, avoiding costly recommissioning costs.

Lighting Control Modules
These fully addressable 10-way controllers are supplied in several formats:

Master and Slave versions in both DALI and auto detecting for switching,
0-10v, 1-10v dsi and DALI from a single unit.

DALI Distribution Boxes for simple connection of luminaires when hard
wired from an electrical riser cupboard, thus enabling a marshalling
approach to connectivity.

TCP/IP Network Controllers (Area Controller) allow full integration and
compatibility with network cabling throughout the modern installation.

PIR Sensors
Both CAN and DALI PIRs feature multi-function and “sleep mode”
technology eliminating the common problem of false triggering. All
sensors are equipped with day light linking and have a light tube for
daylight control. These PIRs are compact, aesthetically pleasing and fit
in a 42mm cut-out.

Scene Set Plates and matching switches are available in brushed
stainless steel as well as a variety of specialist finishes to match other
accessories.

Head End PC software and emergency monitoring with graphical interface
affords the end user full functionality for monitoring the lighting system
with reports and logs for usage and faults. It also enables remote fault
diagnosis, reducing callout costs and reducing maintenance time.

Our Modular Wiring products include MDBs, Home Runs, Power and
Lighting Extenders, Lighting Tees and Switch Fused Spur Units, as an
integrated complement to our lighting control systems.

Our dedicated internal and in-the-field engineering team provides
customer support for design, commissioning and ongoing maintenance
of lighting control systems. Phone support, maintenance contracts and a
nationwide field service team are on hand to support all of our products.

We are also the only Lutron Commercial System Integrators in the UK
and offer the full range of Lutron products.

The Lighting Controls team has completed several thousand design and
commissioning projects ranging from restaurants, academic institutions,
hospitals, offices, hotels, museums and high-end residential properties.
