b. Business Development Committee

The purpose of the Business Development Committee is to assist the Board in fulfilling its responsibilities in relation to
assessing and managing the Company's business development strategies and activities. In line with the provisions of
the Codes of Corporate Governance, members of this Committee are Non-Executive Directors. Details of
attendance at the Business Development Committee meeting during the year are as follows:

c. Nominations, Governance & Remuneration Committee

The Nominations, Governance & Remuneration Committee is empowered to bring to the board recommendations
regarding the appointment of Directors. It also has oversight of matters relating to governance and remuneration. In line
with the provisions of the Codes of Corporate Governance, members of this Committee are Non-Executive
Directors.

The members of the Committee are Mr. Obafemi Otudeko (Chairman), Mr. Oluranti Sokunbi and Dr. Raymond
Zoukpo. The Committee met on the 24th of September, 2020.
