experience in the civil engineering field. With his dual engineering
and financial academic background, he specializes in traffic,
transportation and economic development projects. Qualifications & Memberships:
In the traffic engineering field he has conducted numerous traffic
impact studies, traffic simulation exercises with software packages - B Eng (1982)
such as SIDRA, TRANSYT and VISSIM, as well as area road master - B Com (1989)
plans, road network investigations, intersection upgrading proposals - MBA (1996)
