The South Indian Educa on Society (SIES)
has been at the forefront in the field of educa on
for more than 85 years, presently impar ng
quality educa on through 20 disciplines. The
Society is now working on a mission to provide
educa on to 50,000 students by 2022. The
ins tute seeks to achieve the educa onal mission
by focusing on the modes of inquiry, which
strengthens thinking skills and provides extensive
field experiences, to bring together theory and
prac ces.
The SIES established the Graduate School of
Technology (GST) in the year 2002 at Nerul, Navi
Mumbai with a view of promo ng technical
educa on and being a pioneer in the field of
Engineering and Technology Educa on. Right from
its incep on, the underlying vision has been to
excel through high-quality programs in teaching,
learning, research, and development. We rank
amongst the best Engineering colleges in Navi
Mumbai and Thane region, and we are known for
our discipline and integrity.
The well-developed infrastructure and
highly commi ed and talented teaching and
support staff create interest among students
towards a conducive learning environment. Each
department at the Ins tute possesses highly
advanced state-of-the-art laboratories. We have a
blend of young and accomplished teaching faculty
members with many of them having doctoral
qualifica ons and with deep professional and
consul ng experiences. The collec ve experience
of our faculty members – in academics, industry,
and research helps in impar ng higher educa on
in an interes ng way that is both enjoyable and
scholas c. The students are encouraged to be self-
learners, gaining experien al learning through
involvement in various academic, research, extra
and co-curricular ac vi es to build a strong
personality with high values and an unshakable
character.
Our past students have dis nguished
themselves in diverse fields in India and abroad
and are con nuously contribu ng to the alma
mater by conduc ng value addi on courses and by
providing valuable inputs through regular
interac on to improve the system. In this digital
era of educa on where it is difficult to have a single
yards ck of quality, we at SIES, strive con nuously
for sustenance and enhancement of quality in
