Pat,

Thank you for allowing us to design your new landscaping in your backyard! We're excited to be able to help this become a
reality for you! I've separated the costs for the different features so you could see what they cost and hopefully help you decide
what you want to accomplish in the first phase.

I know you were hoping to get much of this done for under $8,000 but the size of the patio on the design was a big chunk of that
budget. There are a few options we could use to bring the cost down which would include shrinking the patio or eliminating
some curves. The water feature also was a big portion of the budget and could also be reduced in size. I priced it based off of a
fairly long waterfall run, but we could easily simplify that to save on cost.

I didn't price the patio door with a doggie door as I would still need to have the subcontractor look at it. One thought I had to
save cost would be to keep your existing patio door and simply add a different doggie door access. Because the siding needs to
be replaced where the porch was that would be a good time to open up the wall and add a small door.

Look through the quotes and let me know if you have any questions!

  Thanks,

   Jason Hemmer - Operations Manager/Sales
