Jeff & Jennifer,

Thank you for working through some design ideas for you backyard pool and patio project. I think this space will really turn into a very
usable, relaxing area for you and your family and friends to enjoy! I realize budget-wise the whole project is not affordable to install all in
one year, and we're happy to work with you on a multi-year plan if this is the route you would like to pursue.

For now, I quoted just the pool deck using Unilock products that you mentioned you like. The pool deck is approximately 1800 square
feet of space which would allow for chairs and a potential slide. As I mentioned before, there are pros and cons to all the different
pavement choices that you have available to you, but I would recommend deciding what your priorities are for the overall look and feel
of the entire project including future patio etc. This is a significant investment into your home and choosing the products you will be most
satisfied with as an end result should certainly weigh into your decisions. You only want to have to do this project once!
