Rainbow to the Future
Flower Festival
9 - 15 July 2022
After all the hardship of the last two
years with Covid, your St Laurence’s
flower team is well under way with its
plans to celebrate all the amazing good
that came to life in 2020 and 2021.
The Rainbow to the Future Flower
Festival in St Laurence’s church will
showcase how Ludlow, its citizens, faiths,
traders and employers, care and health
workers, volunteers and a host of
organisations all rallied around to ensure
that Ludlow took care of itself, from the
start of the pandemic to today.
We started fundraising for the festival at
the Mediaeval Bazaar, and are grateful to
Florabunda, Twigs, Borage & Bloom and

the Ludlow War Memorial Group for
agreeing to create displays, and
especially to McConnells for being our
main sponsors.
We hope that the Flower Festival will be
well visited by Ludlovians and tourists
and bring a buzz to the church with
what we are sure will be an amazing
floral display.
We would be grateful to hear from
anyone who would like to take part in
the festival, whether setting up the
display on 6-8 July or helping to keep all
the displays watered while the event
runs. If you would like to get involved in
