“Declarant”).
W I T N E S S E T H :
WHEREAS, Declarant is the owner of all those certain lots,

Delaware and being more particularly bounded and described and
set forth on the Record Major Subdivision Plan for Dawson Creek
Subdivision (hereinafter referred to as “Dawson Creek” and also
referred to herein as the “Premises” and also sometimes referred to
