MR. KOONG WAI SENG, MALE, AGE
49, A MALAYSIAN, WAS APPOINTED
TO THE BOARD ON 6 NOVEMBER
2013. HE GRADUATED WITH A
BACHELOR OF ACCOUNTANCY
(HONOURS) DEGREE FROM THE
UNIVERSITY OF MALAYA IN 1993.

He is a member of the Malaysia Institute of Certified Public
Accountants (MICPA) and Malaysian Institute of Accountants
(MIA).
He has more than 20 years of financial and general
management experience in a variety of industries including
audit, financial advisory, leisure, hospitality, healthcare,
property development and property investment.

He began his career with a chartered accounting firm before
joining a property listed company for 13 years where he was
appointed as Chief Financial Officer and later as the Group
Finance Director of the listed group. Subsequently, he joined
another property listed company as Executive Director
before assuming his current position at Sunsuria Berhad.

He attended five (5) of five (5) Board Meetings held in the
financial year ended 30 September 2016.
