Elite Performance Sports NC, Inc. comes as the brainchild of its
founder and chairman, Mr. DeJuan Poston and its charter board
members. The members of our organization saw a need to share from
our collective experiences and passion for the game of football as well
as our passions for mentoring, education and inspiring kids to do his or
her best. Through these means, we are giving back to the youth of

High Point, NC and surrounding area.
Over the past eight years, we have built a team of like minded
coaches, parents and community advocates that share in our collective
vision which propelled us to start EPSNC, to “instill hope in our youth

through mentoring, education & sports”.
Our first outreach program is our Annual Kings of the Gridiron Youth
Football Skills & Agility Clinic held right here at Washington Terrace

Park. This past June marked our second year hosting this event.
We now have started out next outreach project, the High Point Tigers

Youth Football and Cheer Club. We want our youth to know the
importance academics and giving back to one’s community play in
participating in team sports. As a result, we adopted the “Tigers”
name to pay homage to the alumni of William Penn High School.
Many of these men and women broke barriers and paved the way so
that we can have this opportunity of continuing to “pass the torch” to

future generations in High Point and our surrounding area.
