Warehouse Department
                   •  Compile system & inventory, Filling 5s
                   •  Rotation every section in the warehouse department for observation
                   •  Ensure the daily receiving functions and process flow at dry, wet & airside accordance to
                       food safety and hygiene standards, label the expiry date, print delivery order.
                   •  Replenished AirAsia toiletries & record Air Asia cart movement.



               Training & Certification Department (SL1M Training Assistance/ Analyst)
                   •  Provide full admin support to the team and department.
                   •  Key in (data entry) and scan data for on time as requested by the department.
                   •  Assist in organizing the filing system in the office.
                   •  Apply HRDF grant for each Internal (All Training)
                   •  In-charge FIREX nomination with Airport Fire and Rescue Service MAHB
                   •  AIMS Schedule offering & enroll staff. (Scheduled to enable registration features,
                       notifications of training or event delivery to trainers.)
                   •  Person in-charge Turn Around Coordinator & Duty Manager ATW & BTW training
                   •  Update all trainer’s productivity training courses
                   •  Prepare 2018 Training Calendar – prepare & mapping out training plans for the year
                       2018 and plot training records 2018
                   •  Coordinate and control in-house training facilities and equipment.
                   •  Update training modules records and ensure safekeeping of all training modules.
                   •  Handles  attendance  and  ensure  reassign  absent  trainees  to  the  next  available
                       class.


               Administration (Printed Materials)
                   •  Report directly to Project Administration Manager
                   •  Liaise with the suppliers on the requirements, deadline and delivery of the items.
                   •  Work with the designers on the designs of the printed items.
                   •  Work with sponsorship department for the content of the printed item.
                   •  Compile and produce list of stationeries that is needed for LIMA from the secretariats &
                       other department.
                   •  Produce the distribution checklist for all printed material and stationeries.
                   •  To oversee the preparation of exhibitors’ packs, delegate kits, media packs, welcome
                       packs, opening ceremony packs etc.
                   •  Distribute printed items & stationeries to the secretariats & department.
                   •  Do daily stock counting
                   •  Assist in preparing daily report.
                   •  Assist on preparing post event report.
                   •  All other related Administration duties for the Project Administration.
                   •  Other related tasks as and when needed to ensure the smooth operations of LIMA’19.
