Member Third Party Administrators have met the following requirements:
Provided the following documentation:
Copy of the Home State DOI TPA license, if required.
Copy of a redacted client contract which will be treated with optimum confidentiality.

Met specified qualifications including:
❏ Authority to negotiate, settle, accept and pay claims directly from domiciled office.

❏ Responsibility for managing the claims accounting functions of a client, including the
maintenance of claims payment trust accounts for individual clients
❏ Maintain TPA licensing or registration with the state DOI, if required.

❏ Maintain a contractual agreement with a client that codifies your TPA limits and
responsibilities.
