COMPLETION
The CCC is a certificate which provides final sign-offon
construction of a building.
The CCC is completed by an industry professional withan
overview of the construction, known as thePrincipal
Submitting Person (PSP).
This certificate is an officialrecognition that the building is
fitfor the purpose it was built for
It’s a mandatory self-certifieddocument and enforced under
the Street, Drainage and Building (Amendment) Act2007.
