Just to Remind

Section B is one of the sections in Paper Penulisan Bahasa Inggeris
It is divided into two:

• Section B (i) – 3 marks

• Section B (ii) -12 marks

Section B (i)

This section has 3 questions based on the graphics given such as an advertisement,
poster, maps, dialogue and many more.

Usually the question will ask you to:

1. List three….
2. Name three...

-copy the correct information neatly.
-make sure all the spellings are correct.

Section B (ii)

This section will provide a question where you usually need to write:
1. an email
2. a letter

3. a message
4. a note

5. a postcard

-The questions are sometimes related to graphics in Section B (i) or other given
graphic.

-You need to read the question properly.
-Underline important points or keywords.

-Identify the sender and the person receiving.
-Use proper tenses (present tense/past tense/future tense)

-write in paragraphs NOT in point forms
-number of words should be between 50 to 80 words.

-use proper linkers to link paragraphs or sentences.
-Use clear short and understandable sentences.

-write neatly and make sure the spellings are correct.
