Dear Suzy,

Hi, there. Let me tell you how to make an egg sandwich.

Before that, you must prepare the ingredients. Okay, let’s start.

First, mash the boiled eggs in a bowl, add two spoons of

mayonnaise, some pepper and salt to taste. Second, spread the

mixture on the bread. Arrange some cucumber and tomato slices..

Finally, put another slice of bread on it . Cut them into

triangles and ready to serve. It is very easy and tasty too.

Well, that’s all. Enjoy the sandwich !
