Radial Pulse Therapy

The Zimmer MedizinSystems enPuls uses an electromagnetic generator

to produce a series of pulses that radiate through soft tissue to treat
pain, increase blood circulation, and affect muscle tone.

The enPuls creates unique radial pulses by using a projectile five times
heavier than the standard air compressor systems, but a reduced final
velocity upon contact with the applicator. These pulses are efficient
down to 35 mm deep and the treatment is more comfortable for the
patient than comparable systems.
