New Item - Clapper
**Item 13 – Clapper
New inclusion to the list of competition equipment. To be used as follow:
1. A clapper will clap at fifty (50) seconds during break in between rounds.
2. Upon hearing the clapper, Wasit must call both athletes from the red and blue corner
to the centre of the arena.
3. To be handled by timekeeper.
