6. Athletes must keep their hair clean and cut to a length that does not obstruct a smooth
match conduct. Hair slides are prohibited, as are metal hairgrips. Ribbons, beads and
other decorations are prohibited. Rubber band to tie up hair is permitted.
7. Athletes must have short fingernails and must not wear metallic or other objects, which
might injure their opponent.
8. The following protective equipment are compulsory:
a. Body protector – one athlete wearing red and the other wearing blue
b. Groin Guard – personal item
