National Projects in Qatar
TWIN TOWERS IN WEST BAY
Located in Doha’s West Bay district, the Twin Towers Official Sponsor
are a mixed used development that will be divided
into a hotel and an office block. Both towers
consist of 46 floors that sit on a podium and have
four basement levels that are dedicated to car parking.
The project managers for the development are
Hamilton Project Managers, while EFECO have
signed on for the MEP works on the project. The MEP
contract from the project runs from March 2011 to
June 2013, while the scheduled completion date for
the project is in the third quarter of that year. The
West Bay development is one the newest districts
in Doha and is home to a number of the tallest
skyscrapers in the city.
