• The Science Association conducted the following activities in
the academic year 2017-18

• Guest Lecture on “Mitigating wars and ensuring world peace
through remote sensing” by Dr. Hrishikesh Samant was organized
on 8th Sept 2017. More than 90 students from Science and I. T. Participation of students in the Workshop on Making
attended the lecture. Ecofriendly Colors for Holi (28th Feb 2018)

• Workshop on Ecofriendly Ganapati Idol Making was conducted on 19th –
23rd August 2017. 40 students from Arts, Commerce & Science actively
participated in the workshop. Ganesh idol made by students was exhibited and
best idols were given prizes.

• Workshop on Making Ecofriendly Colors for Holi was organized with the help of Paryavaran students (19th-23rd Aug 2017)
Dakshta Manch on 28th Feb 2018. Around 90 students from different streams and faculties
participated and prepared the natural eco friendly colors for holi.
