The success and final outcome of this magazine required a lot of
guidance and support from many people and I am extremely privileged

to have got this all along the completion of Synergy 17-18.

I would like to express my very great appreciation to the Management
of Guru Nanak College and our Principal Dr. Vijay Dabholkar for
bestowing their trust on my abilities. I can’t thank them enough for this
opportunity and providing me with the best of facilities for completion
of the work.

I would like to offer my special thanks to my faculty editors Dr. Meetali
Das Gupta, Mr. Santosh Pathare, Dr. Surinder Kaur and Ms. Avleen
Mehra for their insightful comments, advices and contributions.

I am thankful to and fortunate enough to get constant encouragement,
support and guidance from our Librarian Ms. Anuradha Namjoshi and
all my colleagues from the Department of Chemistry.

I thank our computer engineer Mr. Sushant Pandey for being one
phone call away and resolving all the technical issue we faced.

Santosh & Mr. Sanjay.

My sincere thanks to Mr. Krishna and Mr. Mukesh from the canteen
for providing us tasty food and making sure we had enough energy to
keep working till late night.

My very special thanks to the college security Mr. Raju Shukla for
his help when we were working all night in the college & Mr. Rupesh
Jadhav of CCD Express for providing us cappuccinos late in the
evening.

My acknowledgment will remain incomplete without expressing my
gratefulness to my family, who has always been my source of strength
and good fortune. None of this would have been possible without their
support and unwavering love.

Above all, I owe it all to Almighty God and my Guru for granting me
wisdom, health and strength to undertake this task and enabling me
to its completion.
