Delivery System and Awards
Customer satisfaction is paramount to the Department
and as such, DOS continuously improves its delivery
system. The counter services, being the frontline of the
Department, provide customer friendly services. DOS has
set up counter services at the Headquarters in Putrajaya
and all the State Offices. Data communication is
also improved by expanding to digitized formats and
web-based dissemination from printed publications.
The Department has won various awards and recognitions
as a result of improved information delivery system and Sijil MS ISO dan IQNet
