                               Staff Morale

Employees are in need of happy space. 29% of
workers have considered moving jobs because of
the impact their work environment is having on their
health. Creating an ideal space can reduce recruitment
costs and associated drops in productivity.

                       Productivity & Performance

Employees perform better when they are most
comfortable. 93% believe being comfortable at the
desk helps them be more productive and perform
better at work, 44% agreeing "to a great extent".

                         Health at Work Matters

Employees are spending more time at work than
before in a sedentary position. Workers admit to sitting
for long periods of time, without moving around (94%),
and whilst at their workstation employess cross their
legs under the desk (80%) or slouch at their
            desk (79%).

                           Legal Requirements

EU Directive 90/270/EEC to undertake regular Workstation
Risk Assessments. Emplyers are obliged to perform an
