Shipping Standards and Order Handling
If your orders are processed directly from the U.S. the following applies, otherwise contact your regional Mercury office (For Mexico, contact Mercury Marine Latin America
& Caribbean Headquarters)
Normal Orders
Normal orders placed and credit–approved by 12:00 noon will be shipped within 72 hours. IF order is complete.
Back orders will be filled as part becomes available. Give detailed instructions when placing your orders.
Emergency Orders
Emergency orders placed and credit‑approved by 12:00 noon and will be shipped within 48 hours.
Emergency orders are charged a fee of $25.00 minimum or 10% of the value of the order, whatever is greater. A 15 line maximum per order.
Orders for Mexico and Brazil customers may have a different emergency fee policy. Contact your regional Mercury office.
