This section lists all of the SC1000 Products that are capable of Smart
Tow RPM based and Speed based functionality. The Smart Tow
products will work with all DTS engines Gen 1 (2007) and newer.
Includes DTS Mercruiser and DTS Outboard. These gauges will NOT
work with the 150 4 stroke Maintenance feature. (150 4 Stroke is a 79-879907K 1 61C98 103.30
Mechanical engine. SmartTow works with DTS engines only.) Metric version engine temperature gauge, gray face. Fits a standard 2‑1/8 in. (52
mm) dia. hole.
Fits 2001 and newer OptiMax Outboards, 2002 and newer V‑6 EFI, 30‑60 EFI
4‑Stroke, all SmartCraft compatible MerCruiser and Mercury Racing product when
these models have the 555 ECM. Application of this gauge will depend on the
individual engine model and its available sensors.
