The Foundation in Hospitality and Tourism combines theoretical and practical sessions to provide a balanced study
environment in preparation for the Certificate level. Its aim is to provide the student with exposure to the necessary
knowledge and skills in line with the requirements of the hospitality and tourism sectors.
