Fashion is a popular style or practice, especially in clothing, footwear,
accessories, makeup, body, or furniture. Fashion is a distinctive and
often constant trend in the style in which a person dresses. It is the
prevailing styles in behaviour and the newest creations of textile
designers. Because the more technical term costume is regularly
linked to the term "fashion", the use of the former has been relegated
to special senses like fancy dress or masquerade wear, while
"fashion" generally means clothing, including the study of it.
Although aspects of fashion can be feminine or masculine, some
trends are androgynous.

When one grows up in a small place, it often has a tendency to restrict
the size and scope of one's aspirations.. of what one deems
achievable. However solitary trees, if they grow at all, grow strong.

Such a graceful and resilient willow is Richa Gupta, who belongs to the
town of Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh. Moving to the big city Delhi, she
gained not only an education in fashion technology at YMCA, but also
a renewed and widened perspective about what was possible for her.

However, it's not as if the journey was completely free from the
stumbling blocks of self doubt and backward glances from here. At a
crucial juncture, Richa received the selfless support of her close friend
Mr.JATESH SACHDEVA, who reassured her that her dreams were
genuinely worth following, and reminded her that if she does not take
some risks in pushing forward, she was sure to regret it eventually. The
encouragement to take a leap of faith and have her creations
displayed at a fashion show in lucknow in March 2018 proved to be a
turning point.

Imbued with an innate talent for design and an acute aesthetic sense,
Richa used the experience of working in the garments industry as a
platform for setting up her brand 'Rich Collection'.

Rich Collection is a carefully and lovingly curated brand which seeks
to cater to the fashion needs of everyone in a unique and stylish way. It
is an expression of the beautiful and artistic side of Richa's intellect,
manifesting in both Indian and Western styles for ladies of all ages and
sizes. Richa works with a wide range of different materials, colours and
patterns, creating original masterpieces which are well appreciated by
the discerning eye. While there are several brands in the fashion
market, the original aesthetics of Rich Collection stand apart.
