EMERGENCY

• Stay calm.

• Immediately contact the control room 779999.

• Provide necessary details of the emergency.
o Where - place

o The severity - how bad?
o How many people are involved?

• Contact the floor first aider and/or fire warden, if available.

• If trained, assist the person until the arrival of the paramedics.

• If not competent, just reassure the victim and keep crowd away to enable the victim to breathe.

• In case of injury, do not move the victim (unless of an imminent danger).
