E-One Digital Measurement (E1-DM) is another new innovation that helps teachers and
trainers during the process of teaching and training. E1-DM functioned as a tool, which
will measure the level of leg muscle strength by standing long jump. Not only that, this
tool also is used to measure distance for long jump in athletics. The usage of E1-DM will
also motivate students and athletes while doing the test since themeasurement can be
done instantly. Teachers and athletes can operate this tool on their own since it is easily
can be operated at any suitable place. In conclusion, this tool can be seen as a
stepping-stone in building up the creativity of students and trainers in inventing more
measuring tools and hence can be used during teaching and training process. E1-DM can
be seen to be highly commercialized for the use of fitness practitioner overall.
