OFFICES United States is drastically changing its stance on foreign students (F visas), exchange visitors (J nonimmigrant) or vocational students
(M nonimmigrant). USCIS issued policy memorandum on May 10 and is effective from August 9, 2018.

The policy states that F, J and M nonimmigrants and their dependents will accrue unlawful presence, before August 9 , 2018, if they
972-361-0606 have failed to maintain the nonimmigrant status or if DHS had denied their request for an immigration benefit, their I-94 had expired

or if the BIA had ordered the alien excluded, deported or removed- -whichever of these occurrences is earlier. After August 9 , 2018-

or M nonimmigrant, no longer pursues the course of study or participates in an unauthorized activity. They will also accrue unlawful

rom ‘Shake That Booty’ to ‘Laila Main Laila’, she’s winning hearts with her
killer moves. Sunny Leone is a fearless cracker in Bollywood, who is breaking
F stereotypes in her own way. Not stressing over trolls and public opinion, she is
investing herself in what she believes in. And with over 12 million followers on her
Instagram and still counting, no doubt she has fans drooling over her.

Sunny is one of the few Bollywood actors who are quite active on social media. The
‘Baby Doll’ of Bollywood has often taken to her social media account to share fine
pictures and video of her. Of late, the actor’s feed is all about monochrome pictures
that will leave anyone drooling over her. She can be seen sitting on a chair and posing

On the work front, the actress is currently working on a web series based on her life.
She was last seen in the film ‘Tera Intezaar’ starring Arbaaz Khan as the male lead
which apparently didn’t get noticed at the box office. Sunny Leone is adding on to the
summer heat and is now unstoppable on the social media. The ‘Ek Paheli Leela’ actress who
had recently raised mercury in a racy picture shared one more shot from the same photo shoot.
Flaunting her chiseled bod in lingerie with a loosely hung shirt, the mother of three posed for the
camera with looks that could kill. On the work front, the actress is currently shooting for her own
biopic titled ‘Karenjit Kaur’ and has just returned from Cape Town after celebrating her birthday
with husband Daniel Weber, newborn sons Asher and Noah and daughter Nisha.
