Preparatory activity :
1. Read the title of the story. Who do you think is the king
in this story? Can you guess?
2. Who are the ministers? Guess.
3. Do you know any story about forest animals?
Narrate one such story in English or your mother tongue.

There was a lion who was the king of the forest. He was
fierce and strong. “A king must have ministers to help him,”
the lion thought one day. And he called a fox.
“You are known to be very wise and clever. I want you to
be my Home Minister.”
