B. Vacation Leave

Your annual paid vacation leave is accrued on a pro-rated basis. The length of service
you have had with the City will determine your rate of accrual. Scheduling of vacation is at
the discretion of the supervisor and depends upon the staffing needs of the City and
               departmental vacation scheduling procedures.

As a full-time employee, you are eligible for annual paid vacation under the following
               schedule:

employment, an employee shall be paid for all accrued and unused holiday and vacation leave.
