Scheduled Jobs -- Are there any SQL Agent Jobs that will need to be scheduled to run a query
at a particular time/day? Job is the name of the job. Schedule is the time,
day, date, and or recurrence duration.
Auditing Requirements -- Some financial databases have auditing requirements.

Personal Information -- List of PII stored in the database with table and field names. This could be
Stored (PII) * noted in the data dictionary, give location of dictionary.

Is SA account required -- Some applications need elevated rights or uses the SA (System Admin)
/ why/ how long? account.

Creation type -- Some Applications will build the database from the .exe. Others need a
(Shell/Scripts) * shell created. Most developers ask for a shell.

Prerequisites/Required -- Any features or prerequisites that are turned off/on in SQL. None is
Features/Services* acceptable.
